Unlike many mass-market chocolates, our products contain no nasty additives or excessive sugar. Consider a well-known milk chocolate bar, which is more than half sugar and contains approximately 300 calories per 100g. Such bars often use polyglycerol as a cheap substitute for natural cocoa butter and in this instance includes only 20% cocoa mass. This approach results in poor quality and control, contributing to the prevalence of cheap & unhealthy food options.
