As we launch our ChoccyWoccy brand, we will be frequently updating our product and promotional goods pages as we expand our portfolio. Recently, we introduced our range of Chocolate Bars and found the ideal multi-level display to showcase them. This stand holds up to 96 bars while occupying minimal retail space. It is sturdy and elegant, featuring eye-catching artwork designed to attract discerning chocolate enthusiasts.

We are currently expanding our range of handmade truffles and will soon offer a matching acrylic counter-top cabinet for displaying these delectable chocolates. As an account holder and stockist, you will receive regular updates on product developments and promotional materials. 30-Day Product Trial:

We recognise that trialing a new brand can incur additional costs, particularly during challenging times. To support our clients and mitigate any risk, we offer a 30-day product trial for approved credit account holders. You can trial our products in your business for 30 days. If you decide not to continue stocking our products at the end of this period, simply return the remaining stock in **good condition, along with any promotional materials or display stands. We will then invoice you only for the products sold during the trial and fully refund your costs for any promotional goods we may have provided during your trial.

We are confident in the quality of our products and believe you will find great success in retailing them. This confidence is the foundation of our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.

Free Promotional Materials Policy:

All promotional materials we provide are 100% refundable and essentially offered at no additional cost, contingent on your sales and continued orders with us. You only pay the actual production and supply costs for any promotional goods or display stands we supply..

Please Note: You are not obliged to use our retail stands or promotional materials if you prefer your own display and marketing solutions. However, if you choose to utilise our materials, for every consequtive order you place on restocking our products, we will credit your account with 5% of your order values until the full cost of your display stands and/or marketing materials is reimbursed. This benefit can be repeated throughout the duration of your account with us, ensuring you remain up-to-date with all new promotional materials and displays.

*30 Day Product Trial

• The 30-Day Trial is available exclusively to approved credit account holders.
• ProForma account holders are not eligible for the 30-Day Trial; however, they will receive a 10% discount on all products (excluding promotional and display items).
• Credit account holders can utilise the 30-Day Trial and subsequently benefit from the 10% ProForma discount at any time.
• This policy allows credit account holders the flexibility to choose their preferred payment options for each individual order.

**Returning Goods in Good Condition Following an Unsuccessful 30-Day Trial:

• “Good Condition” is defined as products that are unopened, undamaged, and in excellent physical and cosmetic order.
• All display items and merchandise must be complete and undamaged upon return. Minor, proportionate wear and tear is acceptable.

Note:

• ProForma account holders are also eligible for the 100% refundable money-back policy on display and marketing goods at the same rate (5%) until fully recouped.
