Your Account Dashboard
ORDERS: Once your account is open, you will be able to log in to the main website to manage and place your orders. When placing orders on account, please enter your account number at checkout, and the system will automatically apply the balance due to your account. Alternatively, if you wish to benefit from the 10% ProForma discount please write “proforma” in place of your account number to proceed to making your payment. Orders on account will be invoiced 30 days from the date of the order. Please send your remittance within 14 days of receiving the invoice as outlined in our Payments & Terms of Service. As you would expect, credit orders on account do not benefit from the 10% ProForma discount.
SHIPPING: We deliver to the UK only and shipping is FREE for all orders over £95. Your order will typically be dispatched within 24 hours, except during busy periods where slight delays may occur. You will receive email updates as your order progresses and tracking details upon dispatch.
DOWNLOADS: We will soon be adding data sheets and other useful articles for you to download. These can be accessed, stored, and copied from the downloads section of your account dashboard.
ADDRESSES: Manage your delivery and payment addresses in one convenient location.
PAYMENT METHODS: Safely store your payment card details for ProForma payments (through the usual checkout process) and/or payments of invoices due on account.
VAT: Currently we do not charge VAT. This will likely change and you will be informed of this in advance.
RETAIL DISPLAYS & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: If you have purchased any promotional or display goods, you will see your balance (total spent on promotional goods) at the bottom of each paid up invoice we issue. We will reduce this balance by 5% of the invoice total with each consecutive order (by way of consecutive order discounts) until your balance is zero, thus recovering your entire costs for any promotional goods.
WEBSITE IMAGES: Account holders may use any images from our website to help promote the sale of our products. If you require additional images or have suggestions for promotions and marketing materials, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
