Risk Free 30 Day Trial:

Our exclusive 30-day trial is available to approved credit account holders, providing them with an opportunity to establish a customer base within their business without financial risk. This trial offer encompasses our entire range of Chocolate Bars and includes the option to obtain an acrylic display stand and promotional strut card. We supply 24 flavours/varieties of bars, x8 of each, totaling 192 bars, on a sale or return basis. A deposit is required for the optional display stand and strut card, which is fully refundable in case of an unsuccessful trial period or reimbursed at a rate of 5% per restocking order thereafter until you are fully reimbursed. If you require additional stock/chocolate bars during your trial we will require these to be ordered seperately on a ProForma basis until your credit account commences at the conclusion of your trial.

Retail Displays & Promotional Materials:

Recoup 100% of your costs on Retail Displays and Promotional Materials! These custom materials are available to all account holders at production cost only, aimed at boosting sales through engaging displays. While utilising our retail stands or promotional materials is optional, account holders who do so will receive a 5% credit on subsequent restocking orders until the full cost of the display stands and/or marketing materials is reimbursed. You can obtain Display and Promotional items under this policy as long as your account remains active. We do not profit from this service; it is offered as a strategic initiative to enhance our mutual sales.

Credit & ProForma Accounts:

We endeavor to provide a 30-day Credit Account facility to eligible applicants, offering flexibility in payment options. Credit Account holders can choose to process orders on account or via ProForma invoice/payment*. ProForma payments come with a 10% discount (excluding Promotional Materials, Display Stands, and certain Packaging items). Even if granted a ProForma account only, account holders still benefit from the 10% discount and have the opportunity to recoup costs on Retail Displays and Promotional Merchandise. However, the 30 Day Product Trial and Credit Facilities are not available with ProForma accounts.

Promotion & Social Media:

We feature a profile of all our stockists on our retail website (www.choccywoccy.website/.co.uk) and our social media pages to enhance business visibility and promote our partnership. You have the option to opt out, and we will always seek your permission before mentioning your business on our website and/or social media accounts. We believe that this collaborative approach not only showcases our high-quality products in your esteemed establishment but also provides mutual benefits, including improved SEO exposure for your business.

Complimentary Product Taster Samples for Your Customers

At times, we provide complimentary samples of chocolate with your orders, which may consist of mishapes or surplus from the manufacturing process of specific chocolate bars or products. We encourage you to offer these samples to your customers as an opportunity to introduce them to our products and potentially increase your sales.

Easter, Christmas & Special Occasions:

Receive advance notice of our seasonal offerings and price lists to prepare for events such as Easter, Christmas & Valentine’s Day.
